B1: Trước khi cài patch, bạn phải up patch KONAMI 1.3
Setup patch 1.3:

-Crack chép vào thư mục cài game.

B2 : Up lên patch Konami 1.7

Vào game, SystemSettings => Download, để nó tự động up lên 1.7, hoặc làm down dt0f của patch 1.7 về rồi làm như sau: -File dt0f.img ( chép vào ổ ẩn : ( đối với win XP ) C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\KONAMI\Pro Evolution Soccer 2010\download )
Còn với win 7 thì chép vào C:\ProgramData\Konami\Pro Evolution Soccer 2010\download (Chú ý: cái thư muc programdata nó ẩn đi, hiện nó lên rùi chép vào.

B3: cài đặt bản update 1.7 và 1.8

-Cập nhật các đội lên xuống hạng.
-Vẫn giữ cúp vàng.

Bấm vào hình rồi down nhé, chạy file setup là xong  có thể chơi song song với patch khác

- Dùng phần mềm để hjsplit để nối đuôi các file và cài đặt nhé, patch có thể chơi song song với patch khác (nhớ là khi cài phải để đường dẫn khác )
